We offer new computers, assembled to your specifications, along with monitors, printers, scanners, CD/DVD drives/burners, network components, and more. We also have a wide range of used computers, monitors, printers, and computer parts available.

In addition, our technical service team can diagnose, repair, or reinstall your malfunctioning computer. We can also upgrade your system to improve performance and extend its lifespan.

Notebooks

Looking for a new notebook? At CC-House, we’re happy to help you find the perfect one for your needs. While we don’t keep new notebooks in stock, we’ll sit down with you to choose the right model and order it directly from our supplier. In most cases, your new notebook will be available the very next day.

Prefer a second-hand notebook? That’s possible too! But be quick, they come in one by one and often sell the same day.

Repair

If your computer is malfunctioning or showing signs of trouble, bring it to CC-House for a thorough inspection and repair by our in-house technical department. Our experienced team specializes in diagnosing and repairing both computers and notebooks. You can also rely on our technical service for reliable upgrades and the installation of legitimate software, all handled professionally and affordably.

Repair costs

The cost of repair depends on the issues found and therefore cannot be determined in advance.

As a standard procedure, we carry out repairs up to €80.00, including the investigation fee. If the repair costs are expected to exceed this amount, we will always contact you first for approval before proceeding.

Software Installation

You’re welcome to leave the installation of Windows and required drivers to our experienced technical department. If desired, we can also install individual software packages on your PC. Please note: We only install commercial software (such as Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.) if a valid license is provided.

Virus/Spyware Removal

Prevention is better than cure, but sometimes your computer still gets infected with a virus or spyware. At CC-House, we can scan your system for infections and, if possible, remove them safely and thoroughly to get your computer running smoothly again.

If a PC is found to be heavily infected with viruses, it’s possible that the operating system (Windows) has also been damaged. In such cases, a complete reinstallation of the operating system is often necessary to restore proper functionality and ensure system stability.

Labor wages

For all other services not covered by fixed prices, we work on the basis of hours worked. A fixed hourly rate applies to these tasks.
